CRM

CRM software records customer contact information such as email, telephone, website social media profile, and more. It can also automatically pull in other information, such as recent news about the company’s activity, and it can store details such as a client’s personal preferences on communications.

The CRM system organizes this information to give you a complete record of individuals and companies, so you can better understand your relationship over time.

CRM software improves customer relationship management by creating a 360° view of the customer, capturing their interactions with the business, and by surfacing the information needed to have better conversations with customers.

RPA

RPA is essentially the use of software with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities to handle high-volume repetitive tasks that were previously had to be completed by humans. RPA has been revolutionary in the business world due to the drastic shift to using computers to complete tasks in the past several decades. Humans used to have to spend a substantial amount of time handling tasks that were very repetitive. Due to the limited work day humans have and their tendency to get exhausted or distracted, errors were made that affected the accuracy of data companies received.

Content Management System (CMS)

CMS features vary widely. They are widely used for either enterprise content management or web content management. Most CMSs include Web-based publishing, format management, history editing and version control, indexing, search, and retrieval. By their nature, content management systems support the separation of content and presentation.

A web content management system (WCM or WCMS) is a CMS designed to support the management of the content of Web pages. Most popular CMSs are also WCMSs. Web content includes text and embedded graphics, photos, video, audio, maps, and program code (such as for applications) that displays content or interacts with the user.

Such a content management system (CMS) typically has two major components. A content management application (CMA) is the front-end user interface that allows a user, even with limited expertise, to add, modify, and remove content from a website without the intervention of a webmaster. A content delivery application (CDA) compiles that information and updates the website. Digital asset management systems are another type of CMS. They manage content with clearly defined author or ownership, such as documents, movies, pictures, phone numbers, and scientific data. Companies also use CMSs to store, control, revise, and publish documentation.
